Kelly Ripa And Mark Consuelos Can’t Figure Out How John Stamos Aged Without Getting “Work” Done On ‘Live’: “I Actually Think He’s Just Drinking Water!”

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos seem to have an answer for everything, but this morning’s special guest on Live with Kelly and Mark had them at a loss for words.

While introducing their guest and former General Hospital co-star John Stamos — who was promoting his new memoir If You Would Have Told Me — in what Ripa deemed their “Hot Dad Day” episode, the two couldn’t get over how great the 60-year-old actor looks.

“But time waits for no man,” Consuelos began. “It’s undefeated. Everybody ages, except for John Stamos.”

Ripa agreed, saying that “John Stamos is the only one who has not aged.”

“Blackie looks exactly the same,” she continued, referring to Stamos’ role on GH. “He has not aged.”

Consuelos quipped, “And he sounds just like John Stamos! That nice rich voice!”

Ripa then struggled to collect her thoughts about Stamos’ “weird” ageless looks.

“I can’t figure it out,” she said. “And it’s not work. I’m an expert, I can tell you. I can be like, ‘He’s had work done,’ ‘She’s had work done.’ You know, ‘This one pretends that it’s just this, but it’s really that.’ Like I am very good at this.”

Consuelos chimed in, joking that people often pretend “secret” is “drink[ing] a lot of water.” However, Ripa said that may not be that far from the truth in Stamos’ case.

“No, I actually think he’s just drinking water!” she exclaimed. “I think that somehow, like when they were handing out the chips in God’s poker game, they were like, ‘We’re going all in on this one! We’re going to put all of our chips, all the chips on him, and see what happens!'”
